Staining
Tips
- For
optimum protection: 1 application on ceiling, 2 applications on walls (low
traffic areas), 3 applications on walls (heavy traffic - bathrooms, kitchen-behind
stoves etc.)

Do no dilute any of these products.
- DO
NOT allow this product to freeze.
- Work
from the bottom up.
- Store
unused products in airtight container.
- When
cleaning brushes use cold water.
- General
Application The surface must be dry and free of dirt, dust, oil, grease,
wax, rust, mildew and any other surface contamination.
- On
vertical surfaces start from the bottom up preventing drips on uncoated
wood.
- If
drips or runs occur, back brush from the beginning of the board to the end.
- Work
the finish into the wood back brushing and following the grain.

WOODS™ Interior Clear Wood Finish is a water reducible product, therefore
you may find the grain will be slightly raised after the first coat has
been applied. It is preferable to sand the surface lightly with fine sandpaper
after the first coat has completely dried. Allow about half an hour drying
time between coats.
- NOTE:
Both the surface to be stained and the product must be at room temperature
(55 F-75 F) (15 C-25 C) before applying, if not the product will dry a chalky
white colour. If this occurs warm up the product and surface to room temperature
and reapply.
